We cook in the heart of the Royal golf course
The Royal Spoon Restaurant is located in the clubhouse of the golf club founded in 1905 by King Edward VII of England. Today we prepare fresh and modern cuisine using fresh ingredients from local suppliers. The view of the first hole, the silence of the Slavkov Forest and the aromas from the kitchen create a place where every meal can be enjoyed.

The basis of our cuisine is fresh, seasonal ingredients from suppliers we know and trust. Chef Michal Huňka follows the honest craftsmanship of our ancestors and transforms traditional Czech recipes in a modern spirit.
Thanks to his sensitive attitude, familiar flavours take on a new dimension - with respect for tradition, but with ease, creativity and attention to the natural flavour of each ingredient.
Michal Huňka is a talented chef who combines his love for quality ingredients with a modern perspective on traditional Czech gastronomy.
He studied gastronomy and started his career here – on the golf course in Mariánské Lázně. Today, he returns here with a clear vision: to reawaken Czech cuisine in its most honest form while enriching it with modern techniques and presentation.
He prides himself on freshness, seasonality and a creative approach to local ingredients. Traditional flavours are thus served with respect, but in a new and fresh way.
